Universal loving energy is the best way to describe the Reiki experience. Reiki can assist with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. It is a complementary therapy and can be used in partnership with traditional western medicine and treatments.
Our time together focuses on rebalancing the natural flow of energy within your body. Reiki releases what is no longer needed and creates a space for renewal.

Arrival
Your journey begins as you drive minutes from Bloomington to the Reveal Reiki log cabin studio.
My long gravel road will lead you to your destination where I will be there to greet you.
Alignment
Sitting under the trees or inside the studio we’ll get to know each other. You can ask questions and settle in.
This is a special time to set the space with intentions for our session.
Experience
Relaxing fully clothed on the massage table, you’ll feel supported in a loving space throughout our session.
The scent of Palo Santo and sounds of gentle singing and drumming can enhance your experience.
Reflection
Every session is unique. Common outcomes include feeling vibration and warmth, imagery, emotional and physical shifts.
